Hospital drug errors far from uncommon

Hospital drug errors far from uncommon (National)
At least 1.5 million Americans are injured from receiving the wrong type of medication or a dosage that is not correct. With every occupation failure or messing up is going to occur, but in the world of patient healthcare these cases need to decrease. Carelessness is the main reason behind patient negligence that sometimes ends fatally. Doctors in most cases will blame medicine packaging companies for not making dosages clearly visible on the packages. In my opinion, I feel doctors need to take more care when giving out medicine realizing that someone’s life lies in their hands.
